Reservation Policies

Reservation and Deposit Policy: A deposit of $15.00 to $50.00 per person based upon double or more occupancy within 5 days of verbal confirmation. Balance due upon arrival (no personal checks accepted). Adverse winter weather conditions do not warrant refunds.

Cancellation and Refund Policy: All cancellations or date change, regardless of reason, is subject to a minimum $10 per person processing fee, prior to 5 days from arrival day. 15 days notice required with special units, such as a unit with spa, suites, etc. 15 days notice required for any room type for weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday). 30 days notice required on group rates and holiday periods. Absolutely no refund after partial use of package or lodging.

You MUST have a cancellation number issued to you or you will not receive your refund.

Rates: All rates are subject to change without notice. Right of change or equal value substitution is reserved. Unavailability of any amenities Does not warrant refund. We take guaranteed reservations only with credit card.

Minimum Nights: Full payment of all (lodging only) nights rates will be charged, unless the management is able to rebook your rooms for all minimum nights that you have reserved.

You must be over 18 years of age. Upon your arrival, we do need credit card holder to be present with legal photo identification.
